One Mission. One Direction. Home > Blog > One Mission. One Direction. A A A Share on Social MediafacebooklinkedinBy Marisa Geitner, President & C.E.O. Our recent Fall Summits provided a wonderful opportunity to share some insight into the agency’s strategic vision. Of course, strategy only creates impact when we understand it, believe in it and use it to guide the choices we make. Our strategic priorities define where we are focusing our energy, while our value propositions clarify how Heritage Christian Services creates meaningful value for the people we support, our workforce, our communities and those who invest in our mission. Together, they provide a shared compass for moving from aspiration to action. Understanding this framework is especially important. Each of us influences decisions, priorities, resources and conversations that shape Heritage Christian’s future. When we can see how our work connects to the larger strategy, we are better equipped to lead consistently and move together. Our mission will not be achieved through one leader or one initiative. It will be realized through shared understanding, aligned choices and collective leadership. When we know where we are going, and why, we can move forward together with purpose, courage and faith.
