Heritage Christian Services is committed to ensuring that our websites are accessible, inclusive, and usable for all people, including individuals with disabilities. Our websites aim to conform with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards.

Our Commitment to Accessibility

To ensure ongoing accessibility, we take the following measures:

  • Integrate accessibility into our design and development standards.
  • Conduct regular accessibility testing using automated tools and human review.
  • Remediate identified issues as part of an ongoing improvement process.
  • Train content editors to create accessible headings, images, documents, and media.
  • Monitor third-party integrations for accessibility impact.

Conformance Status

While we aim for full WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance and are aligning with WCAG 2.2 Level AA, some content may not yet fully conform. We are actively working to identify and remediate these areas.

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible, including:

  • Third-party plugins or applications outside our direct control.
  • Older PDF documents or legacy content, which are being remediated on a prioritized, ongoing basis.
  • Occasional issues introduced during software updates.

When contacting us, please describe the accessibility issue and the page or content involved, if possible. We strive to respond to all inquiries within five (5) business days.

Springdale Farm

The farm is an agricultural education center in Ogden that hosts events, field trips, summer camps and private rental opportunities. It’s also a day program site for adults with disabilities.
