Success Coaches

Every day, members of the Heritage Christian Services workforce have the opportunity to enrich the lives of people and make our communities better. Heritage Christian wants to do everything possible to help employees feel safe and secure and be the people they want to be, both at work and at home.

A success coach is a private resource for any employee who is dealing with personal barriers which may affect their ability to be successful at work. The goal of the success coach is to connect employees to the resources that they need to lessen the worry and stress of balancing work and life.

Success coaches are available to help address barriers including but not limited to:

• a family or child care emergency
• transportation issues
• eviction or other housing issues
• caring for an elderly parent or a family member
• navigating the Department of Human Services or other government entities

A success coach can also connect employees to information on training, education, health and financial wellness.
