Relationships Strengthen Our Mission

At this year’s employee Fall Summit meetings, we reflected on what makes our mission thrive — relationships grounded in trust, respect and shared purpose. Those relationships extend beyond our teams and the people we support to include families, who play an essential role. 

When we invite families to share their insights, celebrate milestones together and communicate openly, we create stronger partnerships and deeper trust. These connections remind us that quality isn’t just measured by systems or outcomes, it’s reflected in how people feel seen, heard and valued. 

The work we do together builds a foundation for belonging and growth. We strengthen that foundation when we listen with care, lead with honesty, include others in decisions and find joy in shared successes. When we nurture these relationships, we strengthen both our mission and our community.
