Many faith traditions remind us to look for light before it is fully visible. For instance, in Buddhism, attention is given to small, steady steps that lead to awakening. In Judaism, teachings emphasize sparks of holiness in everyday moments. In my faith tradition, Christianity, we’re reminded that light is persistent, a steady presence that restores and calls us forward. These traditions invite us to notice growth as it is happening, even when it is quiet.

At the start of this year, I find myself paying attention to that same kind of progress in our work. I see God reflected in what unfolds day by day through relationships that continue to deepen, confidence built through shared commitment and quality that rises through daily connection.

These moments matter. They accumulate over time and lead to real and lasting change.

As we step into 2026, we do so with gratitude and confidence, grounded in our faith and guided by purpose. We know the role we play in this work, and we are telling that story clearly through our actions and our accountability. With God’s presence steady among us, we continue fulfilling our mission and building a future shaped by hope and purpose, one day at a time.
