I’m filled with deep gratitude and pride as we celebrate the renewal of our Compass designation for the 24th year. This honor, granted to just four agencies in New York by the state’s Office for People with Developmental Disabilities, recognizes what so many of us already know: Quality has become just part of who we are at Heritage Christian Services. It’s not assigned to a department or reserved for a report. It lives in our day-to-day work, because we believe quality is everyone’s responsibility.

The validation team saw that clearly. They praised the thoughtful ways we’ve embraced change, our commitment to inclusion and the consistency across our programs, services and technology. They saw a team grounded in values and united in purpose.

This milestone belongs to every person who makes Heritage Christian Services what it is. Thank you for your faithfulness, your high standards and your heart. It’s an incredible accomplishment and one we carry forward, together.
