Staff High Five Home > Staff High Five Chelsea Garman Robin Hood View High Five Chelsea is a staff member and med liaison at Robin Hood. When Chelsea started at Robin Hood – this was a new field for her. I have watched her grow and blossom as a staff member into med liaison. Chelsea has the gift of kindness, sensitivity, organization and responsibility. From my experiences with her during the past years – she has shown these gifts not only to the ladies at Robin Hood – but also to their families. Whenever I call or stop by – I am always welcome and greeted with an upbeat attitude. Sometimes – A simple act like this can set the tone for whatever follows. Chelsea has a way of communicating – be it good or bad – in a way that is reassuring to a parent of a child with special needs. As we all know – we have had many struggles with Shannon through the years. I have always appreciated and show my appreciation to all that have been involved in her care and well being. This is Chelsea’s turn. I would like to thank and acknowledge her as being an important team member to Robin Hood. She is an asset to the Heritage Community. She was very helpful in working with us to have two young ladies trained to work with my daughter. These two young ladies are fabulous with my daughter, Lauren. We are very appreciative of the hours that they have been able to work with Lauren. After just six months, we are already seeing a confidence in Lauren because of the skill building they are working on with her. Thank you Sarah! He is a gentleman at all times and that’s a pleasure to see. I wish him continued success at HCS and we’re fortunate to have him. Her love, compassion and kindness will always stay with me. Diane’s planning and execution of Joe’s service is just another thing I can never ever thank all of you at Heritage and Diane for. My brother was truly blessed to be surrounded and cared for by such amazing wonderful people! Fortunately, their generator kicked in so everything was fine. During the night, still without power, the generator died and it burnt out a couple parts in the furnace – so no lights, no heat, no printer, etc. Jackie Beebe was on duty and Jackie Chalker and Carol Watkins both came in to help get the ladies packed up and ready to go home. Calls were made to parents who were immediately reassured that everything was under control. The staff packed meds by flashlight, kept the ladies calm and safe, and got everybody ready to be picked up by parents – all at about 3:00 AM!! Kudos to these caring DSPs for rising to the occasion and dealing with an uncomfortable situation – all with a smile and a their usual caring and supportive attitudes. LOVE THEM ALL!!!!
