Ensuring Every Home is Filled with Heart

We are grateful to everyone who has provided support to Heritage Christian Services and our Homes with Heart Campaign. It is thanks to the hard work of our staff and the generosity of donors that we continue to move towards our monetary goal of $9.1 million for the campaign.

Homes with Heart is focused on 12 homes operated by Heritage Christian Services, and yet the work we are doing will benefit everyone that the agency supports. We aren’t just laying the groundwork for physical builds; we’re building a foundation of care that can be applied to every program supported by the agency. This work ensures that every home and person supported is receiving the high-quality, compassionate care they deserve.

The goal of Homes with Heart is to build or renovate new and existing homes supported by our agency. These upgrades will continue to center the comfort and dignity of the people living there, while ensuring that they can continue to receive care in their home setting in every stage of their life, including end-of-life care. When people choose Heritage Christian Services, they do so with the understanding that we will support them for the continuum of their entire life. More than homes, we endeavor to build communities for the people we support and their families.

Ensuring every home is filled with heart, means that it is our goal to provide the building blocks of a meaningful and fulfilling life: fostering community, encouraging friendships and relationships, strengthening channels of communication and providing care in a familiar and dignified setting no matter a person’s stage of life.
