The Heritage Christian Stables Pony Adventure program is an introduction to horses and riding program for children. Children will have the opportunity to ride a horse, have some barn time and participate in a craft activity. Snack is also provided. Time: 9:00 a.m. – noon Cost: $70. Spaces are limited and will be filled in order of received applications. Please note that your space will not be reserved until payment is complete. Clothing: Long pants and closed shoes are required. Please dress appropriately for the weather. The barn is not heated in the winter and the riding portion will be indoors but also not heated. Gloves are allowed with individual fingers and hats may be worn but will be taken off when a helmet is needed. Riders may bring their own helmets but helmets must be ASTM-SEI approved for horseback riding and fit properly. Heritage Christian Stables has helmet that may be borrowed. Questions? Proceed down the driveway, the barn is located behind the house. There is a parking lot at the end of the driveway behind the barn – please park here. Follow the path around the front of the building until you come to the double doors with an awning and a sign for the “riding lessons entrance”.
