Ginger Guyer has worked at Heritage Christian Services for over 22 years and currently serves as associate director of customized supports. Ginger joined the community services team in 2015 to help grow in the development of HCS's customized residential options and fiscal intermediary services. Before transitioning to community services, Ginger was an associate director in residential rervices for over 10 years. Prior to her role as an associate director, she was a residence manager. Ginger brings with her a passion for advocacy, growth and education for the individuals and staff that she supports.


Amanda Muldoon
has worked at Heritage Christian Services for a year and currently serves as director of customized supports. Amanda joined the community services team  to help grow in the development of HCS's community habilitation, respite, and fiscal intermediary services. She also oversees the customized residential options. Amanda brings her excitement and passion for self-directed services and the options available to people so they can live the most independent, fulfilling life possible.

 
 
 



 

Julie Owen
has worked at Heritage Christian Services for more than 20 years and has expertise in a variety of traditional services including residential supports. In 2011, Julie was instrumental in launching the agency's first Customized Residential Option (non-certified home) which has become a highly sought after residential alternative. Julie is responsible for the oversight of the customized services team inclusive of community hab, in-home respite, fiscal intermediaries and brokerage supports. Julie recently completed the housing navigation course and continues to develop creative housing strategies to meet the statewide demand. 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Nikisha Ridgeway has over 20 years of experience serving in the human services field. She began her career at Heritage Christian Services in 2004 as a Medicaid service coordinator and quickly became a member of the MSC leadership team as an Associate Director. In 2011, Nikisha developed the Nursing Home Transition & Diversion program at HCS, expanding delivery of service to support the needs of the aging population and individuals with physical disabilities. In 2013, she became a start-up broker and initiated the development of HCS's fiscal intermediary services. In her new role as director of community initiatives she oversees our Consumer Directed Personal Attendant Program (CDPAP), and is an educated guide for people who want to self direct their home care services.
